Privacy

CluePop is designed for adults creating activities for children. We collect only the information needed to activate a membership and personalize activities: an adult customer’s payment and contact details through Stripe, plus details entered into an activity such as a child’s first name, age, theme, hiding places, or prize description. Do not enter a child’s full name, address, school, contact details, health information, or other sensitive information.

Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by CluePop. A signed membership-access link may be emailed to the address used at checkout so access can be restored on another device. Keep that link private. We do not sell personal information.

Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or prepare a CluePop activity. An All-Access Pass provides unlimited personal, non-commercial use of CluePop activities that are available while the membership remains active. You may print copies for your household, classroom, childcare setting, or one event, but may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share membership access.

Recurring billing: the introductory first year costs $2. Unless canceled before renewal, the membership automatically renews one year after purchase and annually after that at $5 per year. You can update your payment method or cancel future renewal from the Membership page. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the paid period.

An adult must review every activity and supervise setup. Never place clues near roads, pools, medication, weapons, heat, electricity, moving appliances, high shelves, locked areas, or anywhere a child should not enter alone. Road Spotter is for passengers; drivers must not interact with the game while driving.

Refunds

Digital membership access begins immediately after purchase, so completed membership charges are generally non-refundable. If CluePop is inaccessible because of a technical problem we cannot correct, contact us promptly so we can restore access or review the charge. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next annual charge. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
